Fabulous Famished Feeddogs Update:
Hello! We have a new location for our meetings. St. Mary's Church of Uxbridge has offered to let us use their conference room for our meetings. We also have a new day and time to meet! Meetings will be held on Monday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30pm. This will allow us to free up Sunday afternoons. Please note the new dates and times on your calendars. June 29, July 20, Sept. 21, Oct. 19, Nov. 23, Dec. 21, 2009. August meeting is our now annual trip to the Lowell Quilt festival at the Tsongas Arena. We will be meeting at Hannefords parking lot at 8:30 on August 8th and carpool up there. Drivers needed.
For the remainder of this year we will be working on quilts for the Food Pantry and area hospitals. This is a great way to use up all of your leftover fabric and batting in a constructive way. I hope to have some simple projects for us to work on as well, your ideas are appreciated. Our fun raffle will also be held at the meetings as well as refreshments. Remember all the members need to participate for this to work.
I know that this meeting day and time is not convenient for all of the Guild members. I have taken a poll and it seems the best timeframe for most, also St. Mary's does not open their facilities for use on Sunday afternoons either. So we will give this location a try for the rest of 2009 and see how it works.

June 30th, 11:00 am, if you cannot be at the Studio at that time, then bring them to class, label with your name and $5.00 for each pair. You can pick them up at the next class or sooner if need be.
July 31 at 6:30 pm, New England Bead Company, Hill plaza, Mendon, MA: Ladies night to make bracelets, earrings whatever. Please sign up as I need to have at least 8 gals for this evening. Sturbridge Village: I am taking names for those who would like to take a day trip to the Village to see some of the demonstrations and tour the grounds. Probably in September, I will check out the events and post a notice.
